Educational Qualification:

(A) Deputy General Manager (Mfg.): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Production with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). Post Graduate Qualification in Management will be preferred.

(B) Deputy General Manager (Material Mgmt): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). Post Graduate Qualification in Management will be preferred.

(C) Deputy General Manager (Human Resource): Two years Full Time MBA (HR / IR) / MSW or M.A. (Social Work with HR / IR) / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 02 Years Full Time Course with specialization in IR / HR with Labor legislations with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA. (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).Degree in Law is desirable.

(D) Deputy General Manager (Marketing): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical with MBA or equivalent with specialization in Marketing with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (for both) (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).

(E) Deputy General Manager (Legal): Three years Full Time Graduation Degree with LLB/ LLM Degree.

(F) Deputy General Manager (PR): Graduate with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication (02 years Full Time) from any recognized University / Institution with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).

(E) Assistant General Manager (Production / PPC): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Production with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). Post Graduate Qualification in Management will be preferred.

(F) Assistant General Manager (Materials Management): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). Post graduate qualification in Management will be preferred.

(G) Assistant General Manager (Marketing): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical with MBA or equivalent with specialization in Marketing with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (for both) (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).

(H) Assistant General Manager (Quality): Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). Post Graduate Qualification in Management will be preferred.

(I) Assistant General Manager (Finance): Three (03) Years’ Full Time Graduation Degree with ICWA / CA.

(J) Assistant General Manager (Rajbhasha): Master Degree in Hindi or its equivalent with English as a subject at the Degree Level with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).

(K) Assistant Officer (Rajbhasha): Master Degree in Hindi or its equivalent with English as a Subject at the Degree Level with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).

(L) Office Assistant Trainee (Rajbhasha): Degree in Hindi or its equivalent with English as a Subject with First Class or 60% or equivalent CGPA (Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).
