The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is a main institution which assigned with the job of conducting examination for many competitive exams which are the following Civil Services exams, Central Armed Police forces, Combined Defence Services, National Defence Academy and many more exams. A Couple of months before on 25th April, 2015 the notification for Central Armed police forces has issued by the UPSC for recruitment in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Online registration was already closed and examination held on 12th July, 2015. According to the official press note released by the UPSC official website, admit card for CAPF (AC) has been issued since many days. Many candidates sat on the exam of CAPF (ACs) every year. This year also massive numbers of scholars will going to give the examination.

Examination Pattern:

Exam pattern of CAPF (AC) is very simple. Exam pattern is given below in detailed manner:

Syllabus:

Syllabus in very compact manner is detailed below:

General Ability and Intelligence
  • General Mental Ability
  • General Science
  • Currents events of national and international importance
  • Indian Polity and Economy
  • History of India
  • Geography of India and World
General Studies,  Essay and Comprehension Part A: Essay will be of descriptive type carrying 80 marks, essay can be from any following topics History of India mainly freedom struggle, Geography, polity and economy, knowledge of Security and human right issues and analytical ability.Part B:Comprehension, précis writing, other communications/language skills must be completed only in English carrying 120 Marks– The topics are Comprehension passages, precis writing, developing counter arguments, simple grammer and other aspects of language testing.

Candidates are advised and suggested to download their admit card from official website of UPSC before the Exam date 12th July. Printout in Hard copy form for external use in examination time.
