MPHJS as Distt. Judge (Entry Level) through Limited Competitive Examination Result, 2014
The High Court of Madhya Pradesh (MPHC) shall declare the final result ofHigher Judicial Service as District judge (Entry Level) through Limited Competitive Examination from amongst the Senior Civil Judges (Class – I) to be held on July 06, 2014 after the Honorable Full Court of the High Court accords its approval and after approval thereof, the approved Final Select List and Result shall be published on the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
M.P.H.J.S. Limited Competitive Exam. 2014 Scheme:
The Honorable High Court of Madhya Pradesh shall conduct Written Examination in two Parts; i.e., Objective Type Test & Descriptive Type Test.
The MP High Court notified Written Examination shall consist of TWO (02) Papers that might be held on July 06, 2014 in two shifts, i.e., Morning and Afternoon shifts.
The First Paper shall be an Objective Test consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Questions for Preliminary Examination of Direct Recruitment of District Judge (Entry Level) (Direct from Bar) 2014, shall form the First Question Paper
The Second paper shall be Descriptive Test and in two Parts, viz., Part A and Part B
Weight age of Marks:
Madhya Pradesh High Court might dispense a weight age of 5 & 10 Marks in each Question Paper to the candidates belonging to SC & ST categories, respectively. However, Madhya Pradesh High Court shall not give either relaxation / weight age in computing the Bench Mark.
Valuation of 1st Question Paper:
After Examination, the evaluation of 1st Paper, the Honorable High Court of Madhya Pradesh shall be made through OMR Scanner and shall be completed without delay.
Valuation of 2nd Question Paper:
After evaluation of OMR Answer Sheet of first Question Paper, the valuation of Answer Books of the Second Question Paper shall commence and the Answer Books of Second Question Paper shall be started and the Answer Books of only those candidates shall be evaluated who would secure 50% or more marks in the First Question Paper.
The candidates having obtained below 50% marks in the First Question Paper (after weight age, if any) shall be deemed to be unsuccessful and their Answer Books of Second Question Paper shall not be evaluated.
Madhya Pradesh High Court shall not value the Second Answer Book of 2nd paper shall be made by Central Valuation Method as per the approved scheme.
There shall be no Interview / Viva voce. However, in place of Interview / Viva voce, Past Performance and Reputation of the candidate shall be considered by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. For consideration of Past Performance, there shall be 50% Marks on the basis of Bench Mark of the official concerned to be evaluated on the following criteria, which shall be form the part of the Final Result.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:
A candidates / Civil Judge aspirant for promotion under Rule 5(1) (b) shall have to secure 50% marks in each Question Paper with an aggregate of 55% marks (including the Bench Mark) for being declared successful.
Result / Select List:
Following completion the above-mentioned process, the result would be prepared as early as possible Role Number wise Mark List, Merit wise Mark List and Select List shall be prepared. After preparation of the Result, the Result and Select List shall be shall be put up before the Honorable Full Court of the High Court for its approval and after approval thereof, the approved Final Select List and Result shall be published on the Madhya Pradesh High Court
