The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued various dates in regard to the upcoming CWE Clerk – V Examination, 2015 for selection / recruitment of the prospective candidates to the Post of Clerk – V.

IBPS CWE Clerk-V Exam 2015 Syllabus

IBPS CWE Clerk-V 2015 Exam Pattern,syllabusThe Institute of Banking Personnel Selection notified CWE Clerk – V, 2015 shall consist of Two Tier Examination, 2015. The Preliminary Examination comprising 200 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions, carrying equivalent Marks shall be of a composite Two (02) Hours duration.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection shall conduct CWE Clerk – V, 2015 on the following tentative dates:

CWE Clerk-V Preliminary Examination 05.12.2015, 06.12.2015, 12.12.2015, 13.12.2015, 19.12.2015 & 20.12.2015
Main Examination 03.01.2016

A candidate shall have to qualify separately both in the Common Written Examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for the subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on IBPS Website.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection would hold the Common Written Examination Clerk – V based on the following Pattern:

IBPS CWE-V Clerk Exam 2015 Cut Off

Each candidate will have to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a Minimum Total Score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview.

The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The candidates belonging to different Categories shall have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in interview. Minimum Passing Marks / Minimum Cut-off Marks to be obtained by a candidates belonging to respective Category will have to obtain, at least, 40% (35% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EXSM candidates). The weight age (Ratio) of CWE (Exam) and Interview will be 80:20 respectively.

Selection Procedure:

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection shall call all the candidates after successful Online Registration under CWE CLERK-V for Preliminary Examinations.

Based on the performance in the Preliminary Examination, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection shall shortlist certain number of candidates for each of these examinations.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection would call the shortlisted candidates for Main Examinations. There will be 200 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions in the Preliminary Examination with shorter duration.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection shall not take into consideration the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidates while preparing the Final Merit List; the IBPS would only consider the Marks obtained in the Main Examination for shortlisting for interview.

The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of Scores obtained by the candidates in CWE Clerks – V and Interview. Interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or otherwise barred from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed.
