IBPS PO MT III Answer Key 2013 19th Oct Expected Cut Off:
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is all set for conducting a Common Written Examination (CWE PO / MT-III) as a pre-requisite for selecting competent personnel to the post of Probationary Officer / Management Trainee in all participating 21 nationalized Banks and any other Bank or Financial Institutions. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection shall organize Online Common Written Examination on October 19 & 20 with two more additional dates, i.e., October 26 & 27, 2013, if the need arose there.
The candidates declared successful by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Board would be appointed in the nationalized banks (as mentioned on IBPS’ official website) and all other Banks and Financial Institutions located all over India. Several hundreds of thousand candidates are expected to appear in the Common Written Examination of Probationary Officer / Management Trainees III.

Common Written Examination shall comprise Five (5) Tests as per following detail

However, IBPS reserves the right to amend the structure of the Common Written Examination before the CWE is held with prior intimation to the IBPS CWE PO / MT III Examination participants.
Download of IBPS CWE PO / MT III Call Letters
All the IBPS CWE PO / MT III candidates hopefully must have downloaded their respective IBPS CWE PO / MT III Hall Tickets / Call Letters from the official website of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection www.ibps.in.
All the candidates must carry along with them the following documents, as none would be permitted to appear in the Common Written Examination of PO / MT without the following documents:
- Valid Call Letter for the respective date and session of Common Written Examination
- Photo-identity proof (as specified in Point G) in original, and
- Photocopy of photo-identity proof (as mentioned in (2) above)
Candidates arriving late for their Examination, i.e., after the reporting time as specified on the Call Letter for Examination will not be permitted to take their examination.
The reporting time mentioned on the call letter is prior to the Start time of the Common Written Examination. Though the duration of the examination is 2 hours, the candidates may be required to be present at the venue for about 4 hours including the time required for completing various formalities, such as, verification and collection of various requisite documents, logging in, giving of instructions, etc.
*Penalty for Wrong Answers
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection would award Penalty for Wrong answers in the Objective Tests. For each question against which a wrong answer has been submitted by the candidates, one-fourth or 0.25 of the full marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e., no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
IBPS PO MT III 2013 Scores
The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equipercentile method.
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to get shortlisted for Interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, Cut off marks will be decided by IBPS and the candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
The candidates, who would be shortlisted in the Common Written Examination of PO / MT III, would be informed subsequently by IBPS through its official website and their emails registered by them at the time of Online submission of their respective Application Forms. The shortlisted candidates shall be called by the concerned participating banks. The Interviews would be held at the select Centers only.
The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview must not below 40% (35% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates). The weight age (ratio) of Common Written Examination and interview will be 80:20. The combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in CWE PO/MT-III and Interview.
A candidate should qualify both in the CWE and interview to get shortlisted for subsequent allotment process, details of which will be available subsequently on IBPS website.
While appearing in Interview, the candidates are required to carry the documents intimated by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, details of which are available on IBPS’s official website.
