Indian Territorial Army Officer  Results 2014

The Indian Army, on February 09, 2014 conducted a Written Test for the bona fide, patriotic and loyal candidates for recruitment in the ranks of Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel and Brigadier. Several thousands of candidates appeared in the Written Examination held by the Indian Army on the 9th of February, 2014 in various parts of the country according to the offices of the Indian Army in five zones of the country.

Indian Army: Examination Structure:

The Indian Army held Written Examination consisted of Two Parts; i.e., Part – I & Part-II.  Part – I comprised Short Essay Test. Part – II was Objective Type Test based on General Awareness including issues relating to Political Affairs, Economic Affairs, International situation and Sports.

Indian Army: TA Officers (TAO) Results:

The Indian Army has not announced the date for the results.  However, we are closely watching out for all upcoming announcements in this regard and would bring quicker update through on our website www.OnlineExamResult.in regarding the Written Examination Results in concurrence with Indian Army. Our further updates shall include the information for post Written Examination Result and Medical Fitness.

The Indian Army shall shortlist the candidates out of the Written Test organized on 09.02.2014.

Indian Army: Selection Procedure

The Indian Army has notified the Selection Procedure with respect to both Civilian and Ex-Servicemen candidates, which reads as follows:  

Procedure for Selection of Civilian candidates:

Candidates whose applications forms are found correct will be called for screening, by a Preliminary Interview Board (PIB), at their respective TA Group Headquarters.

Candidates selected by PIB should provide brief BIO-DATA to include details about their employment with monthly income from all sources at the time of documentation immediately after PIB.

Successful candidates will further undergo a Service Selection Board (SSB) and Medical Board for final selection.

Successful candidates shall be made to undergo SSB and Medical Board for final selection

Procedure for Selection of Ex-Servicemen candidates:

The candidates shall be screened by an Army HQ Selection Board (ASB) held at Addl Dte Gen TA, GS Branch, ‘L’ Block, Church Road, New Delhi which is followed by a Medical Board at New Delhi for successful candidates.
