NRHM Punjab Recruitment 2014 AMO, MO, ANM, Staff Nurse, Pharmacist Posts:

The Department of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab has published an official Notification to invite Online Applications from the eligible candidates under National Rural Health Mission Scheme.  The candidates residing in Punjab and eligible for the posts advertised in the Notification of the Department of Health & Family Welfare after carefully reading various eligibility criteria could submit their respective candidacy through Online Application.

The Online Registration has commenced w.e.f. January 20, 2014.  The Last Date for receipt of Online Application from the candidates is February 12, 2014.

Download of Admit Card / Hall Examination Ticket:

The Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Punjab, has not published any specific date in regard to uploading of the Admission Certificate / Hall Examination Enrollment Number for the candidates willing to participate in the Written Examination to be held later. The www.OnlineExamResult.in team is keeping a close watch on the coming updates in respect of the downloading of the Hall Tickets, post wise detailed Syllabi and contents, Results, inter alia, and would upload the same on the website for the ready reference of the candidates from time to time as and when the Press Notes / Press Releases in regard to Corrigendum or Addendum, if any, were published by the Department of Health & Family Welfare subsequently.

Details of vacancies and Post Limit

There are in all 2137 posts existing for the posts of (Medical Officer: 219); Ayurvedic Medical Officer (361) out of which Ayurvedic Medical Officer (53) and Ayurvedic Medical Officer (308: Male 154 & Female 154) under Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram. ANM (Female) under Union Health (538), Staff Nurse Female (UH: 276*) and Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram 258*. Pharmacists (UH: 77) and Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (258) and Laboratory Technician under UH (150).

Name of Post, Age as on (01.01.2014) and Educational Qualifications:

Post: Medical Officer

MBBS from a recognized University or an institution or any equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Registered with Punjab Medical Council / Medical Council of India.

Age: Up to 45 years, Age criteria may be relaxed in case of non-availability of suitable candidates.

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 35,000/- PM

Post: Ayurvedic Medical Officer

BAMS from recognized University or Statutory State Board and Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Ayurveda

Age: 18-38 years

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 20,000/- PM

Post: ANM (Female) under Urban Health

Should have passed the Matriculation Examination / 10+2 examination with science or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution;

Should possess diploma in Multi-Purpose Health worker (Female) / ANM from a recognized university or institution;

Should be registered as Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) / ANM with the Punjab Nursing Registration Council;

Age 18-38 year

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 8500/- PM

Post: Staff Nurse (Female)

Diploma in GNM from a recognized institution, Registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council

OR

B.Sc nursing from a recognized institution, registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council.

Age: 18-38 years

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 10,000/- PM

Post: Pharmacist

B.Pharmacy / Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute

Age: 18-38 years

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 10,000/- PM

Post: Laboratory Technician under Urban Health

Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) from a recognized Institute

Age 18-38 year

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 9200/- PM

Methods of Recruitment

There shall be held a Written Test of 100 Marks. Based on the marks obtained in the Written Test, Merit List shall be prepared for all categories except Staff Nurses and ANM. Selection shall be made purely on the basis of written test only.

For Staff Nurses (Female): There would be a Written Test, which shall be of 90 Marks. In addition, there shall be a Skill Test of 10 marks, which would be conducted for only such shortlisted candidates in order of merit in the written test as the department may decide and the final selection shall be made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test and Skill Test.

For ANM (Female): The Written Test shall be of 90 Marks. In addition, there shall be a Skill Test of 10 marks, which shall be conducted of only such shortlisted candidates in order of merit in the Written Test as the Department may decide and the final selection shall be made on the basis of combined merit of Written Test and Skill Test.
