PMRD Fellows Scheme Exam 2013 Cutoff Marks & Interview Results 2014:

The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), in collaboration with the State Governments, had invited Online Application Forms from the energetic and motivated youth with the leadership potential under the Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellows Scheme (PMRDFS) Initiative.

On December 28, 2013, the Ministry of Rural Development conducted an Online All India Competency Assessment Test all over India.

The Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) is expected to announce the Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellows Scheme Examination Result on January 01, 2014 at 1400 hours onward. The All India Competency Assessment Test participants may be able to see their Region wise results in the concerned region.

Now, the Ministry of Rural Development shall conduct a Written Test + Personal Interviews on January 16 and January 17, 2014. The All India Competency Assessment Test shall be organized in Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Cochin, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Mumbai and Raipur. The candidates declared successful and shortlisted in the All India Competency Assessment Test held on 28.12.2013, shall be summoned to appear in the Written Test to be held on January 16, 2014 and the Interviews to be organized both on January 16 & 17, 2014.

Written Test (Issue based): 16th of January 2014

Personal Interview: 16th & 17th of January 2014

The shortlisted candidates will be put to the test using tools like essay writing & interview to ascertain their motivation, leadership, professional skills and pro-poor orientation.

Desirable criteria:

  • Knowledge of the dialect / local language and customs.
  • Work experience in related fields.
  • Excellence in extra-curricular activities like art, culture, sports etc. at High School / College level.
  • Leadership role in College / High School / Work Place.

The Ministry of Rural Development shall hold the All India Competency Assessment Test in all 4 regions (Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern regions in all 9 Metro / cities.

On 28.01.2014, the Ministry of Rural Development shall release / publish the 1st Merit List of 140 candidates. The Merit List will be as per Reservation Norms determined by the Ministry of Rural Development.  
On February 04, 2014, The Ministry of Rural Development would release the 2nd Merit List to fill the vacant positions.

Advice:

The Ministry of Rural Development has not announced the Cut off Marks. We would disseminate the information in this regard soon after the same is published by the Ministry of Rural Development in the Newspaper and on its official web site.
