RPSC Junior Accountant Syllabus 2013 JLO TRA PTI Grade II & III :-

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer, has released Notification vide Srl. Joint Advertisement No. / 8 Examination 2013-14 dated 18-09-2013 to invite Online registration / submission of Applications from the competent candidates for recruitment as Junior Law Officer – Junior Accountant – Tehsil Revenue Accountant – Physical Training Instructor (JLO – Jr. Accountant – TRA – PTI) Grade II & III Exam-2013.  Online registration of applications has already commenced w.e.f. 20.09.2013 and the last Date of the receipt of the Applications by Rajasthan Public Service Commission is 20.10.2013 at 12:00 midnight.  The candidates from Rajasthan State only shall be eligible to apply Online.

Conduct of JLO – Jr.Accountant – TRA – PTI Grade II & III Exam-2013

Rajasthan Public Service Commission shall conduct JLO – Jr.Accountant – TRA – PTI Grade II & III Exam-2013 Written Examination on all District Headquarters of Rajasthan Public Service Commission across the Rajasthan State to fill up 3491 posts through appointing Junior Accountants across Rajasthan State.

Examination Date:

Rajasthan Public Service Commission would announce the Date of Examination soon on its official website.


Rajasthan Public Service Commission shall release detailed syllabi for different advertised posts on its official Website later.

Examination Scheme:

There would be four papers and Viva Voce.

Out of 4 Papers, I – III papers shall contain 150 questions each and all three papers shall carry 50 marks each;

Paper IV shall be in Hindi and English, which would have 75 questions each and each subject shall carry 25 marks each.

Viva Voce

I-III papers 50 Marks each  150 questions.

I Constitution of India with special emphasis on Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and enforcement of rights through writs, Functioning of High Court and Supreme Court and attorney General.

II Civil Procedure Code and Criminal, Procedure Code. Provisions required to be referred generally in Government Office will be given importance.
III Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Interpretation of Statutes, drafting and conveyancing.

Paper No. IV will be Language Paper in Hindi & English  25 Marks each against 75 questions

IV Language 25 Marks each  75 questions

Part-A General Hindi
Part-B General English


(i) Each Paper shall be of 3 hours duration and the standard of the language paper will be that of senior secondary level.
(ii) Pass marks shall be 40% in each paper. The Commission may in its discretion award grace marks upto 1 in each paper and upto 3 in the aggregate. The Commission may fix minimum qualifying marks in the written examination for the scheduled caste and the scheduled tribe candidates lower than what is prescribed for other candidates. The marks so awarded shall be added to the marks obtained in the written test by each candidate.


The candidates who obtain such minimum qualifying marks in the written examination as may be fixed by the Commission in their discretion shall be summoned by them for an interview for a personality test, which shall carry 25 marks.

Junior Accountant:

There are 3491 numbers of post allocated to Junior Accountant.

The JLO Examination, 2013 participants should be between (Minimum) 21- (Maximum) 35 Years as on 01.01.2014
