The Staff Selection Commission (SSC), on 15.12.2013, conducted an All India Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the post of Junior Translators (CSOLS) (Group B’ Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs. 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-, in various Offices /  Departments under Department of Official Language.

Hundreds of thousand candidates all over the country appeared in the SSC Junior Translator Examination held by Staff Selection Commission.

SSC Junior Translators Written Examination was held in two parts.  Paper-I was Multiple Choice Questions based.  Paper-II shall be evaluated in respect of only those candidates, who attain the minimum qualifying standard in Paper-I or part thereof as may be fixed at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission.
