The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) shall release shortly the e-Summon Letters / Admit Cards for the Candidates likely to be called for Personality Test. WE WOULD ALSO BRING QUICKER AND DETAILED UPDATE ON THE FINAL RESULT OF THE PERSONALITY TEST FOR THE CANDIDATES DECLARED SUCCESSFUL IN THE WRITTEN PART OF COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION – 2015. WE ANTICIPATE THE COMMISSION TO ANNOUNCE SHORTLY THE FINAL OUTCOME / FINAL RESULT AS WELL AS THE FINAL SELECT LIST IN THE AFTERMATH OF THE PERSONAL INTERVIEW. IN VIEW OF THE SAME, WE WOULD LIKE THE CANDIDATES TO BOOKMARK OUR WEB PORTAL FOR THE SAME.
UPSC CMS DAF Interview Call Letter 2015
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) shall commence from the 21st of September 2015 (21.09.2015) the Personal Interview for selection. However, the Union Public Service Commission would intimate the Candidates through Interview Letter through e-mail the exact Date and Timing for Personality Test. Currently Online Submission of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) by the candidates declared Successful in the Combined Medical Services Examination – 2015 is in progress. The duly completed Detailed Application Form accompanied by the prescribed Documents. The Union Public Service Commission shall display in due course on Commission’s Website the Roll Number wise Interview Schedule will also be made available. The candidates are advised to check their e‐mail also for further information.
The Union Public Service Commission has made it mandatory for the Combined Medical Services Examination 2015 Qualified Candidates as hereunder:
The Candidates following Online Submission of the Detailed Application Form are required to dispatch self-attested copies of documents / relevant certificates in support of claims made in the Online Application as and when demanded by the Commission. The candidates are required to produce the Original Certificates at the time of Verification / Final Processing.
Enclosures to the application form to be sent to the Commission by the candidates are as follows:
- A Self-Attested / Certified Copy of the Certificate of Age.
- A Self-Attested / Certified Copy of the Certificate of Educational Qualification.
- A Self-Attested / Certified Copy of Certificate in support of claim to belong to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes (wherever applicable).
- Undertaking by the candidate seeking Relaxation as OBC Candidates in support of Claim not belonging to Creamy Layer, to be given in the Format as mentioned in Paragraph B of the Press Note dated the 14th of August 2015.
- A Self-Attested / Certified Copy of Certificate in support of claim for age concession, wherever applicable.
- A Self-Attested/Certified Copy of Certificate in support of claim to belong physically handicapped (wherever applicable).
- Originals of the above Certificates are required to be produced at the time of interview.
The Candidates, subsequent to Online filling of the Detailed Application Form, have to sign the Self-attested / Certified Copies of all the Certificates and should send the same along with the Printed Copy of the Online Application and also to put the date.
The Commission shall not entertain the Applications received without all or some of the enclosures, which would lead to cancellation of the candidature. The Union Public Service Commission would not accept any missing enclosures sent subsequently by the candidate. Therefore, the candidates must ensure that the printed copy of Online Application Form is properly filled in and is accompanied by all the relevant enclosures. He / She should also make sure that No Column of the Printed Copy of the Online Application be left blank.
In all communications with the Union Public Service Commission in regard to his/her Application, the candidate should mention the name of the Examination, his full name, Roll Number, Registration ID (11 digits) and date of birth.
